For local letter posting, we have the options as below:
First 30 grams or fraction thereof (by surface or air mail) : $0.42

Parcel Post
Mailing Items that exceeds 2 kg will be accepted as Local Parcels Post. Please ensure that there are no Prohibited items. Local parcels can be tracked locally and are delivered as per target time frame of 2-10 working days..
Parcels have maximum dimension of 2 meters for length and plus girth, with a maximum length not exceeding 1.05 meters for any one side.
The maximum weight is 20 kg. Local parcels are paid for by stamps or Franking Machines. Parcel delivery will require Identification and Signature for collection

Door to Door
This service takes the Post Office to the customers doorstep. Our designated staff will clear your letterbox and deliver to your office. So no need to get caught in traffic or look for a parking.
Services
- Pickup and delivery of mails is done at a fixed time to avoid disappointments and delays.
- Two mailbags are used, one is kept by Post Fiji and the other by the customer, so when Post Fiji staff delivers customers in-coming mails at the same they pick up out-goings mails for customers to be stamped and posted.
- Responsibility is limited to two people only. One Post Fiji staff and customers designated staff
- The mailbags are locked for safety reasons and one lock and key is kept by the customer and the other by Post Fiji.

Shipping Charges will be based on the dimensional weight of the shipment when the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight.
To calculate the dimensional weight, multiply the length by the width by the height (in CM) of each package and divide by 5000. For multiple package shipments,
add the result for all the packages together. This is the total amount is the dimensional weight of the shipment

International EMS Parcels are delivered in between 3 to 10 working days.
You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. However Post Fiji does not directly control all parts of the delivery service, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery time. We do ensure that you International EMS Mail is in the next outgoing flight.
Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.

Standing Order Account
The standing order account enable collectors to receive on a priority basis the philatelic stamps for which they have prescribed in the shortest possible time after the day of issue as long as sufficient balance is maintained in the account to discover the cost. Minimum deposit required is F $50.00.
One does not have to contact us for every new issue. The standing order form has to be filled in by stating ones requirements enclosing remittance and mailing it to us. One can be assured that the orders would be dispatched promptly.Discontinuation or amendments should be made in writing.
SmartMail
SmartMail is Post Fiji’s own Mail house operation where we print, pack and mail to your customers
- Post Fiji has acquired high speed industrial printers that can print up to 288 duplex images in a minute.
- Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) is used for collation, folding and inserting into envelops. This allows Post Fiji Pte Limited to seamlessly fold and insert into envelopes without any errors.
- At Smartmail, it is unlikely to make errors in collation, for instance, a letter gets placed into the wrong envelope.
- SmartMail uses machines to fold, insert, seal, tab and sort mail. Completing all sorting by hand is hard work.

Printing Birth Certificate
The printing of Birth certificates at selected Post Fiji outlets is a result of a partnership with Post Fiji Ltd and the Ministry of Justice, using the Fiji Government’s IT system to make these services accessible to the general public. Instead of making a special trip to the registrar’s office and standing in queues, Post Fiji offers the service of printing birth certificates. This project is all part of the Government’s Rural Project Scheme, whereby the aim of which is to take services to the rural areas.
The rate for printing the Birth Certificate is $17.25 FJD

Post Box / Private Mail Bag
Rental of a Post Box for individuals or business owners include a dedicated business address, privacy, security and convenience access.
If you have a small business that is home-based or operate only on the internet, it provides a more professional and reliable mailing address than a street address. It does and allows you to separate business and personal mail.
If you plan to use the Post Office Box as your official business address and have registered your business, Post Fiji will require your company stamp on the application and valid street address for the actual location of your business
When choosing a Post Box size, you can consider what kinds and volume of mail you receive and how often you plan to pick it up. You also have the option to get a smaller or larger box as your business needs change. While the number of sizes offered vary by post office location, the Post Fiji offers these four options:

- Large Box - $112.69 per year
- Private Mail Bag - $168.63 per year

You will need to print the application form, fill it and take it along with two forms of ID (including one photo ID like a driver's license) to your selected post office. You will pay a key deposit and your initial rental fee.
