RETURN POLICY

At Post Fiji Ltd we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you our customer. If at any time the customers feel that our products do not meet their needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 14 day period from the date of Receipt. (Excluding any delivery charges the customer has paid).
How to Return a Product Purchased from our E-Commerce Site
  • No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.
  • A Return Authorization may be requested up to 14 days from the date of Receipt.
  • To secure the appropriate return authorization information contact us via email at pgreversals@postfiji.com.fj
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.
  • Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.
  • It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method Such as EMS for all returned items.
  • If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
  • The refunded credit will be based on the exchange rate of the return date.
  • We do not keep the customer’s credit card information on file, and will advise the customer to obtain the appropriate information should we decide to issue a credit.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
  • A 10% inspection and restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of the customers refund.

Return Policy:
As a customer, it is your first priority to check the products properly and inform us via email for any defects.

If any defects exists with the product, we have a 21 days return policy for our local customers and 60 days for our overseas customers from the date of purchase.

After examining the product, our team will notify you via email and your product will be replaced with same or like products. If we are unable to replace then you will be entitled for a full refund.

You will be liable to pay for the shipping costs for return of a product.

Refund Policy:
As a customer, you are entitled for a refund if you received any defect item or you are unsatisfied with the product upon receiving.

We have a 21 days return policy for our local customers and 60 days for our overseas customers from the date of purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be liable to pay for the shipping costs for return of a product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
