Post Fiji with the endorsement from the Fiji Rugby Union will tomorrow (Saturday 10 September 2011) launch a campaign to encourage the Fiji public to write letters of encouragement for the Flying Fijians during the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
The Flying Fijians supporters are encouraged to write and send personalized letters, well wishes, letters of encouragement and post-cards which will be delivered by special courier directly to the hotel where the Flying Fijians are staying in New Zealand.
Post Fiji CEO, Joape Kuinikoro believes that this Letter Writing campaign will generate positive reinforcement within the Fiji camp and provide morale support for the Flying Fijians. He says “We believe that receiving personalized letters stimulates great encouragement, motivation and will invigorate national pride for the boys while in New Zealand”.
Mr. Kuinikoro adds that the campaign will also bring the public closer to the Flying Fijians by bridging the gap between New Zealand and Fiji through personalized letters.
For only $1.00, the Flying Fijians supporters are able to have their personalized letters couriered to New Zealand and into the hands of their favorite Flying Fijian.
All envelopes are to be addressed to:
