New CEO for Post Fiji named
A FORMER executive from the finance sector is now the chief executive of Post Fiji Limited.
Board chairman Ioane Naivalurua, in a memo to Post Fiji staff, announced the appointment of Joape Kuriyawa Kuinikoro a former executive of the Colonial group.
"He has a strong commercial background and his experience with an international financial organisation together with strong moral and family values are qualities that will further enhance the performance of the company," he said.
"The board looks forward to working with Mr Kuinikoro and I urge that you render him your fullest support."
Mr Naivalurua thanked Seveci Tora, who held the reins of the company for 16 months.He said 2009 would be a challenging and exciting year for the company.
"With the full complement of the executive team in place, the board looks forward to your unchanging support and loyalty."
